AddictionInterrupter - Support

AddictionInterrupter adds a brief, deliberate pause before you open apps you'd rather use more consciously. It works through the Shortcuts app — no subscription, no ads.

Setup
Open the Shortcuts app and go to the Automation tab.

Create a new automation triggered by "App → Is Opened" and select the app you want to interrupt

Add an action that opens MyApp, then continue to your chosen app.

Common questions:

Q: I installed the app and it's not doing anything.
A: MyApp runs as part of a Shortcuts automation rather than as a standalone screen. Follow the setup steps above.

Q: Does it cost anything?
